We introduce Richard Worrall, founder of Edinburgh Sports + Spinal Physiotherapy.

Richard has vast experience as a physiotherapist and treating elite athletes, having worked with Glasgow Rangers Football Club and Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club.

Richard has a special interest in TemperoMandibular Dysfunction (TMD) and works closely with multiple dental practices in Edinburgh on a referral basis.

We discuss common causes of TMD, recognising the signs and symptoms and shares some useful hints in how to help improve them
